To provide an accessory attachable and detachable according to the need of a visor when wearing a cap and eliminating the uncomfortable feeling caused by the close contact to the skin by properly adjusting the distance from the skin surface.

The accessory includes a wire 2 surrounding the circumference of a cap 1, a wire support 6 placed on the flange of the cap and supporting the wire 2, an attaching and detaching device 7 integrally provided with the wire-supporting tool 6 and detachably attached to the flange of the cap 1, and a curtain 8 having a suspension part suspended from the wire 2. The wire support 6 supports the wire in a manner to enable the adjustment of the positional relationship between the curtain 8 suspended from the wire 2 and the surface of the skin of the person wearing the cap.
