Abstract:
To provide a cap unit that enables a beverage in a container main body to be drunk, regardless of a direction of a tip of a straw.SOLUTION: The cap unit comprises: a cap main body 6 that is mounted on with an upper opening part 2d of a container main body 2 closed; a straw 7 that is mounted on while penetrating through an upper part of the cap main body 6; a pipe 8 extending from a lower part of the cap main body 6 to the vicinity of a bottom part of the container main body 2; a flow path forming member 10 forming a flow path 9 between the straw 7 and the pipe 8; a first valve 12 that opens and closes a first liquid passing port 11; and a second valve 14 that opens and closes a second liquid passing port 13. In a state where a tip of the straw 7 is pointed upward, the first valve 12 opens the first liquid passing port 11 and the second valve 14 closes the second liquid passing port 13. While, in a state where the tip of the straw 7 is pointed downward, the first valve 12 closes the first liquid passing port 11 and the second valve 14 opens the second liquid passing port 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
