A top plate 6 is provided in the axial middle of a cap body 3. In one cavity P partitioned by the top plate, of the cap body, an internal thread 3a threadedly engaging with an external thread 2a of a spout 2 of a container body is formed; and in the other cavity Q, an opening blade 5 for breaking a sealing film 4 for sealing the spout of the container body, is provided so as to stand from the top plate. An internal thread 3b threadedly engaging with the external thread of the spout when the sealing film is broken by the opening blade and when the spout is closed again after the sealing film is broken, is formed in the other cavity Q. Since the spout can be opened and closed by using the internal thread 3b of the cap body even after the sealing film is broken, substance attached to the opening blade when opening is prevented from being attached to a user's hand or the like.
