Abstract:

To provide a cap having a structure in which a part of a seal member is left uncut through a seal opening operation.

There is provided a cap having a seal opening mechanism in which a cylinder for use in opening a seal having a cutter blade is installed, wherein two cutter blades are arranged, seal opening distances set by two cutter blades are made different and a part left uncut in the seal remains after the seal opening operation.
