The outer cap has a top wall, a peripheral wall fitted on the shoulder, and a cuttable sealing band connected to the lower end of the outer circumference of the peripheral wall and engaged with the upper end of the body. The sealing band has an engagement hole engaged with the engagement projection and is fitted to the outer circumference of the upper end of the body.
