Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitance detection type pressure switch capable of securing stable conduction without affecting operating characteristics of a diaphragm used as one electrode about connection between the diaphragm and a signal line for detecting a signal from the diaphragm, and a pressure sensor.SOLUTION: A capacitance detection type pressure switch 900 comprises: a metallic diaphragm 800 which deviates according to a pressure of a working medium supplied from a conduit 11; a movable electrode 921 electrically connected to the diaphragm 800; a fixed diaphragm electrode 123 provided on the atmospheric pressure side facing the conduit 11 of the diaphragm 800; and an insulating film 124 for securing the insulation between the fixed electrode 123 and the diaphragm 800. An electrode contact part 801, which is at least one protrusion extending toward the outside and for connecting the movable electrode 921, is formed in a part of an outer periphery of the diaphragm 800.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
