Abstract:
To provide a capacitance-type temperature sensor with superior measurement sensitivity and accuracy of temperature that requires less power consumption and has a simple manufacturing process.
The temperature sensor comprises: a first electrode sensor; a second electrode sensor; a dielectric layer sandwiched between the first and the second electrode layer and is provided with a first dielectric with a volume that is changed by temperature change; and a temperature-calculating section for calculating a temperature corresponding to the potential difference between the first and the second electrode layer.
