Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive pattern formation method and a conductive pattern substrate, which can simply form a conductive pattern having sufficiently low surface resistivity on base material with sufficient resolution.SOLUTION: A conductive pattern formation method comprises: a laminate process of preparing a photosensitive conductive film including a support film 1, a conductive layer 2 containing conductive fiber and a photosensitive resin layer 3 containing photosensitive resin in this order, and laminating the conductive layer and the photosensitive resin layer so as to make the conductive layer be attached firmly to base material 20; and a patterning process of exposing and developing the photosensitive resin layer on the base material to form a conductive pattern.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
