Abstract:

To provide a capacitive detection type oscillation gyroscope in which the power supply dependent accuracy of a detection signal against the variation in the power supply voltage is improved.

A capacitive detection circuit 3 is provided for detecting the capacitance of a sensor element 2 having the variation according to the applied angular velocity. The detection circuit 3 connects detection electrodes 11a and 11b of the sensor element 2 with inverse input terminals of operational amplifiers A1 and A2. It is constituted so that a bias voltage Vb is dependent on the supply voltage Vcc, by applying, as the bias voltage Vb, the voltage in which the supply voltage Vcc is resistively divided, to a non-inverse input terminal, and by adding the bias voltage Vb to the detection electrodes 11a and 11b by the imaginary short circuit of the operational amplifiers A1 and A2.
