Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitive element superior in electric property.SOLUTION: A capacitive element 1 comprises: a plurality of first electrode fingers 32a disposed on a top face 2A of a substrate 2 of piezoelectric crystal; and a plurality of second electrode fingers 32b of the same number as the first electrode fingers 32a, which are connected to a potential different from that for the first electrode fingers 32a. The first electrode fingers 32a and the second electrode fingers 32b are arrayed to alternate with a space put therebetween, and its array direction L1 has a plane direction component when a Z-axis component of the piezoelectric crystal is projected on the top face 2A. When gaps between the electrode fingers along the array direction L1 are numbered from an end in turn, the i-th gap is represented as a gap Gp (Gp1-Gp5) (where "i" is a natural number other than 0); at least one gap of gaps numbered odd numbers is larger, in size, than a gap Gp numbered an even number.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
