Abstract:
To provide a capacitance type load sensor capable of raising load sensitivity to an offset capacity and operating speedily.
On both ends of a balance stage 10 supported by a fulcrum P of a balance structure, a first object 11 and a second object 12 to be objects of load measurement are put and a coil spring 13 is attached to the left end below the balance stage 10. To the left end below the balance stage 10, a displacement transmission rod 14 for transmitting the displacement of the coil spring 13 is attached and inserted in a capacitive displacement sensor 30.
