Abstract:

To prevent contamination of electrical noises in a conditional electronic circuit of a capacitive fluid pressure detective transducer.

The capacitive fluid pressure detective transducer (10') has a detection element (12) provided in a caplike conductive shield member (24) crimped to the base of electrical connector (20'). The conditional electronic circuit (14) is provided in a circuit room built between the aforementioned detection element and the aforementioned electrical connector, and is equipped with a tab bearing a conductive trace for electric connection of the aforementioned shield member and the aforementioned conditional electronic circuit. The aforementioned shield member is provided in an electric insulation sleeve (28), which is provided in a intracavity built within a hexagonal port housing so as to insulate electrically the aforementioned shield member from the aforementioned high strength metallic hexagonal port housing.
