Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitive transducer capable of preventing wiring or the like from being corroded due to the infiltration of a substance from the outside, a manufacturing method thereof and the like.SOLUTION: The capacitive transducer includes one or more cells each having a structure where a vibration film 101 including one electrode 102 of a pair of electrodes 102 and 103 formed with a gap 105 interposed therebetween is supported so as to be able to vibrate. The cells are disposed on one surface of a substrate 201. An acoustic matching layer 205 is provided between a waterproof sheet 202 and the cells, and a waterproof frame 203 is disposed so as to surround a side face of the substrate. The sheet 202 is bonded to an end face of the frame so as to cover an opening of the frame 203.
