Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain optional reference voltage easily by controlling a circuit by providing a group of capacitors which are short-circuited before supply of output voltage of a voltage generating cirlcuit and providing a group of switching circuits between the voltage generating circuit and the group of capacitors and between condensers. CONSTITUTION:When a switching circuit 24 is made off and switching circuits 25, 26 are made on by a controlling circuit 23, capacitors 21, 22 are short-circuited and the charges thereof become zero. When the circuits 25, 26 are made off and then the circuit 24 is made on, charge Q0 accumulated in the capacitor 21 of electrostatic capacity C0 is charged by output voltage E of a voltage generating circuit 20 and it becomes Q0=C0E. When the circuit 24 is made off and then the circuit 26 is made on, charge Q0 is divided to the capacitor 21 and the capacitor 22 of electrostatic capacity C1 and it becomes Q0=(C0+C1)V4 where V4 is potential of an output terminal 27. By solving the two equations, V4= C0E/(C0+C1), and reference voltage different in value from output voltage E of the voltage generating circuit 20 can be taken out from the output terminal 27.
