Abstract:

To miniaturize a device and to improve reliability.

In a capacitor array incorporating a plurality of variable capacitors C1 to C4, a plurality of positive and negative electrodes are alternately stacked for the respective variable capacitors. The electrodes of respective layers of a certain variable capacitor and the electrodes of the respective layers on the same plane of another adjacent variable capacitor are connected so as to be serial connection or so as to constitute a bridge configuration. Thereby, the total number m1 of terminals is constituted so as to be in relation of m1<2n with respect to the number n of the variable capacitors. Also, the number m2 of terminals on the same end face is constituted so as to be in relation of m2<n with respect to the number n of the variable capacitors.
