PURPOSE: To provide a capacitor cap provided with a screw terminal which can be easily and surely fixed.

CONSTITUTION: A capacitor cap is provided to hermetically seal up a capacitor case, where a first hole 3 in which an angular nut 4 is housed, a second hole 5 which is provided after the hole 3 and smaller than the hole 3 in diameter and where a screw is inserted, and a stepped metal plate 7 composed of an end 8 located above the first hole 3 and another end 9 fitted into a recess 6, possessed of a hole 11 whose diameter is larger than that of a hole 12 provided to the angular nut 4 and which is provided to the end 8 at a position corresponding to the first hole 3, and fixed by a lead-out terminal 10 provided penetrating the plate 7 are provided.
