Abstract:
To prevent the performance of a capacitor from being deteriorated by realizing use of the capacitor by lowering a charging voltage as much as possible.
The charger PSU1 charges the capacitor CP1. A voltage sensor detects a charging voltage of the capacitor CP1. A controller CTL1 counts the charging time of the capacitor by its counter. The controller CTL1 judges the charging voltage of the capacitor CP1 based on an increase in the detected voltage by the voltage sensor during predetermined counting time by the counter, and controls the charging voltage by the charger PSU1 based on this judgment.
