Abstract:
To provide a capacitor and method for producing the same that has an equivalent series resistance lower than before and an excellent heat resistance, and to provide a conductive polymer dispersion that is suitable for the production of the capacitor.SOLUTION: Provided is a capacitor 10, comprising an anode 11 made of valve metal porous material, a dielectric layer 12 made of oxide of the valve metal, a cathode 13 made of conductive material and provided on the side opposite to the anode of the dielectric layer, and a solid electrolyte layer 14 formed between the dielectric layer and the cathode, in which the solid electrolyte layer contains a conductive composite material containing a π-conjugated type conductive polymer and a polyanion, and a diol having a sulfide and represented by a particular chemical formula.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
