A capacitor module including a plurality of capacitors includes the capacitors (DLCAP61-66) each having a positive electrode terminal (10) and a negative electrode terminal (12) separately arranged on end surface corner parts of a rectangular exterior member, and having a pressure release valve (14) separately arranged from the terminals. The capacitor module further includes: a capacitor array (7) arraying the positive electrode terminal and negative electrode terminal adjacently; and circuit boards (201-203) in which the capacitors are connected in series by connecting the positive electrode terminal and negative electrode terminal of the capacitor with a connection conductor (bus bars 181-185), and which are arranged on the exterior member by spacing apart from the pressure release valve (14) and spacing apart from the connection conductor in a width direction of the capacitor array.
