This is the capacitor mounting structure of a wiring board for a power circuit equipped with a heat sink 7 constituting a frame group provided on the back face of a print board 6, and a capacitor 31 inserted between the heat sink 7 and an arbitrary power source line on which a noise is generated for reducing a noise. The capacitor 31 is provided with a metallic face terminal 31a provided so as to be directly connected and fixed with the heat sink 7 face as one terminal, and a lead terminal 31b provided so as to be connected with the print board 6 as the other terminal.
