Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a capacitor substrate where the capacitance of a capacitor can be adjusted easily by adjusting an electrode area easily.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of electrodes 2 which oppose each other are provided and a hole 6 is provided in at least one electrode 2 and further an electrode 3 connected to the electrode 2 is provided inside the hole 6.
