Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of short circuit between positive and negative electrodes in a capacitor unit even if dew condensation is caused between a casing with capacitor elements encased therein and a heat dissipation sheet.SOLUTION: An elongated casing 14 has: a first terminal block 22 including a positive electrode terminal block 26 and a first negative electrode terminal block 28 at one end; and a second terminal block 24 including a second negative electrode terminal block 30 at the other end. In a bottom face of the casing 14, a notched groove 52 is formed between the positive electrode terminal block 26 and the first negative electrode terminal block 28. A large part of the bottom face of the casing 14 is covered with a heat dissipation sheet 16. The heat dissipation sheet 16 is divided into a first sheet body 64 and a second sheet body 66, which accompanies the formation of a dividing gap 62. For instance, the dividing gap 62 is biased toward the side of the first terminal block 22 rather than halfway to the end in the casing 14 in a direction in which capacitor elements 12 are arranged in parallel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
