Abstract:
To provide a capacitor having a smaller equivalent series resistance and superior heat resistance, a manufacturing method thereof, and a conductive polymer dispersion suitable for the manufacturing of the capacitor.SOLUTION: A capacitor 10 includes an anode 11 made of a porous body of a valve metal, a dielectric layer 12 made of an oxide of the valve metal, a cathode 13 made of a conductive material provided on the opposite side of the dielectric layer from the anode, and a solid electrolyte layer 14 formed between the dielectric layer and the cathode, and the solid electrolyte layer includes a conductive complex including a π-conjugated conductive polymer and a polyanion, and a compound represented by a specific chemical formula including an aromatic cyclic group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
