Abstract:
To provide a capacitor and its manufacturing method which reduce a leakage current value more than before, and an electroconductive polymer dispersion fluid suitable to the manufacturing of the capacitor.SOLUTION: A capacitor includes a positive electrode made of valve metal, a dielectric layer made of a valve metal oxide, a negative electrode made of a conductive material provided on the opposite side to the positive electrode of the dielectric layer, and a solid electrolyte layer formed between the dielectric layer and the negative electrode. The solid electrolyte layer includes at least one binder selected from among a conductive composite including π-conjugated conductive polymer and polyanion, a fluorine-based resin, styrene-butadiene rubber, and an acrylic resin.SELECTED DRAWING: None
