Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce operation time under an unloaded state, that is, an air discharge valve opening operating state, with an economic compressor structure, and reduce total power consumption.
SOLUTION: A plurality of compressors, including at least one turbo compressor 1 which can be controlled in rotational number, are parallely arranged. In such a plant, a controller 17 is so operated that the rotational speed controlling pressure of the turbo compressor 1 is lowered than an air discharge valve opening set pressure of other displacement type compressors 5, 9, when the turbo compressor 1 is under constant air pressure controlling. On the other hand, an air discharge valve opening set pressure of the turbo compressor 1 is set higher than those of other displacement compressors 5, 9.
