First to Nth variable capacity elements C1, C2 ... whose capacity changes according to an applied voltage value are connected in order in series between an input terminal and an output terminal. A common input terminal side bias line BI including a resistance element R11 and/or an inductance element and the resistance elements R11, R12... or separate input terminal side bias lines B11, B12... including an inductance element are provided between each connection point between an input terminal side terminal part of the first variable capacity element C1 and a second variable capacity element C2 to a third variable capacity element C3. An output terminal side bias line has the similar constitution.
