Abstract:
To provide a capillary barrier structure where the impervious performance of a capillary tube impervious layer formed on the boundary surface of two layers becomes high as compared with a conventional one, impervious function by the capillary tube impervious layer can be sustained for a long term without changing gap difference between the two layers with time and on-site construction is easily performed.SOLUTION: In a capillary barrier structure,: a fine grain layer 40 being an upper layer is composed of the fine grains 41 of a natural material; meanwhile, a lower layer is composed of a coarse grain replacement layer 30 made of a coarse grain replacement structural body 20; the coarse grain replacement structural body 20 is provided with a pressure resistant mat 21 with a porous structure having a gap layer 23 inside and an air-permeable sheet 25 regulating the permeation of the fine grains 41; a gap to the pressure resistant mat 21 is formed to be larger than a gap to the fine grain layer 40; and the air-permeable sheet 25 is inserted into a boundary surface between the pressure resistant mat 21 and the fine grain layer 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
