Abstract:
To provide a capillary cap that can swiftly store a liquid sample in a state in which the liquid sample such as blood plasma or serum component is contained in a capillary.SOLUTION: A capillary cap 1 is attached so that an opening end 61 of a capillary 6 is closed. The capillary cap 1 is formed in a bottomed tubular shape having an opening 4 into which the opening end 61 of the capillary 6 can be inserted on one end side and a bottom 5 on the other end side. On an inner wall of a body portion 3 of a tubular body 2, an annular convex portion protruding in a circumferential direction is provided between the opening 4 and the bottom 5. A bottom surface of the bottom 5 is formed in a thin film shape that can be broken by pressing with a pointed extremity of tool having the pointed extremity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
