PURPOSE: To remarkably improve dispersibility of additives, coloring agent, etc., to control the electrifying property of the obtd. toner in the inside thereof, and to produce the toner excellent in offset resistance, low temp. fixing property and preservation stability in thermocompression fixing system and without hardly producing aggregation of toner in the production process in high yield by using an in-oil dispersant together with a specified surfactant as a dispersion assitant.

CONSTITUTION: This thermocompression fixing capsule consists of a hot-melt core material containing at least a thermoplastic resin and a coloring agent and an outer shell which covers the core. The hot-melt core material contains an in-oil dispersant and copolymers having one or more acid anhydrides and ≥60°C glass transition temp.
