To provide a capsule transporter capable of smoothly and continuously transporting a capsule horizontally after the capsule is transported vertically.
This capsule transporter 1 comprises a pipe body 4 having a first straight line portion 4a extended in vertical direction, a curved line portion 4b, and a second straight line portion 4c extended horizontally in this order and a transport gas feed system 5 for feeding transport gas into the pipe body 4. The capsule 3 disposed in the pipe body 4 is transported from a start point 8 provided at the first straight line portion 4a to an end point 9 provided at the second straight line portion 4c by the transport gas supplied by the transport gas supply system 5. A negative pressure eliminating mechanism 6 for dissipating a negative pressure area produced on the downstream side of the capsule 3 in a transport direction when the capsule is passed through the curved line portion 4b is installed in the first straight line portion 4a.
