Abstract:

To provide a soap which can easily be used to wash hands outdoors and has excellent portability, good handleability, and excellent fashionability.

This capsule type soap is obtained by coating a powdery, gel-like or sol-like soap (2) with a water-soluble coating film (1) comprising gelatin, glycerol or the like, wherein the water-soluble coating film (1) can be dissolved in water to give the soap which can be used. The capsule type soap can be carried in a case.
