PURPOSE: A capsule in which an electric cell is set to the vessel of which a part or the whole part is made by a material that is decomposed in an environment under which the capsule is used, thus being capable of forming ions and increasing the efficiency of drugs.
CONSTITUTION: At least, a part of the coating 5 is made of a material that is decomposed, such as being dissolved, in an environment under which its preparation is applied, to form the vessel. Then, the vessel is equipped with an electric cell 1 and they are used as a capsule. The cathode and anode are preferably made of carbon or noble metal. Drugs of electrolyte are encapsuled separately so that they may not mix with each other 6, 6' and both electrodes are arranged so that they come into contact with the drugs 6, 6'. For example, in case of a capsule filled with a drug, the coating is decomposed, after taken and the drugs 6, 6' flow out of the capsule and undergo electrolysis and the ions diffuse around. Most of them are ionized and great efficacy is obtained even in small doses.
