PURPOSE: To fix in a lump plural capation sheets to a winding shaft by a simple structure, by piling up plural caption sheets whose length between a winding side end part and a sending-out side end part is different from each other, fixing them to the winding shaft and winding them.
CONSTITUTION: A winding shaft 8 consisting of a round bar is provided along the longitudinal direction in the inside of a contained cartridge 7, one end part of this winding shaft 8 is connected to a pulse motor provided on the inside of the contained cartridge 7, and the other end part is supported so as to be rotatable on the end wall of the contained cartridge 7. In the center part of the winding shaft 8, the sheet fixing part is notched and formed by prescribed length along the axial direction in the center part of the winding shaft 8, and plural caption sheets 11W corresponding to the number of pages selected by a multi- item data input device are fixed to the sheet fixing part. When the winding shaft 8 is rotated, the caption sheets 11W are wound round the circumference of the winding shaft 8.
