PURPOSE: To provide a titled device which is adapted to be capable of eliminating a waiting time, during which the reference position of a temperature regulating door for controlling an amount of heat dissipated is detected, reliably detecting the reference position, and inputting the reference position as temperature is regulated.
CONSTITUTION: A titled device comparises a heat exchanging part 1, which sucks air from the inside and the outside of a car room and blows off the heated or cooled air to a car room to be air-conditioned, a control part 2, which electrically controls each device of the heat exchange part 1, an operation part 3, which inputs the starting and stop of the control part and a desired set temperature to the control part 2, and sensors which input a car room temperature signal to the control part 2. Position is controlled such that a reference position is decided depending upon a using condition at a time when the mechanical reference position of a temperature regulating door is inputted, and after the mechanical reference position is detected, and, based on the position, the desired position of the temperatre regulating door is decided, and temperature can be controlled even during detection of position. In a region where there is a relatively low heat load, divergence from an optimum opening is temporarily caused during detection of a mechanical reference position, but in which case, since an airflow itself is low, no problem arises.
