The car allocation control server comprises a display image generating means to display reservation information on the screen of the forwarding agency terminal, a mail generating means to generate mail based on car allocation information given from the forwarding agency terminal through the screen, a communication means to send the mail obtained by the mail generating means to a portable terminal carried by a driver in charge of forwarding work or a movable terminal moving with the vehicle driven by the driver, and a discrimination code generating means to generate a discrimination code required for certification in entering/leaving a prescribed zone when accessed from the portable terminal or the movable terminal based on the car allocation information.
