Abstract:
To provide a car allocation support system and its method, capable of relieving the load on operator.
The operator transmits the contents of a received order to a center server 11 by using an operator terminal (P1), stores the contents in a database (S10) and selects a specified deliverer from the data base. An electronic mail is created, by attaching a prescribed connecting destination address to a rough message of the contents of the received order, after placing a detailed message of the contents of the received order in an area having the connecting destination (S12), and the electronic mail is transmitted to a deliverer terminal 22 which is used by the delivery person who extracted the electronic mail(S13).
