PURPOSE: To attain proper and timely car allocation indication and operation control, and to improve customer service and reduce the burden on drivers.

CONSTITUTION: When a customer makes a request for car allocation, the base station 4 on the side of a taxi center 3 finds a calling object area having a proper range including the position of the customer. Information on the caging object area is sent to respective mobile stations 2, which measure their current positions; and only mobile stations 2 in the calling object area send information such as position data and empty taxi information at response timing corresponding to their positions and the base station 4 determines a vehicle to be allocated on the basis of those pieces of information and sends a vocal car allocation indication to the driver of the vehicle 1 on the basis of the determination contents.
