This car body cooling structure has a cooling air passage 52 extending in the longitudinal direction between the engine 10 and a fuel tank 7, and a cowling 3 covering a front part of a car body including the engine 10, and has a heat shielding member 51 covering an upper part of the engine 10. The cooling air passage 52 is defined into an engine side cooling air passage 53 and a fuel tank side cooling air passage 54 by the heat shielding member 51.
