PURPOSE: To facilitate containing operation and to prevent breakage of a part owing to a hydraulic cylinder which is left non-contained and the occurrence of the running trouble of a combine by a method wherein a crawler for a combine is floated from a ground by means of support legs and a hydraulic cylinder, and the hydraulic cylinder is contained in linkage with and through rotational containing of the legs.

CONSTITUTION: A car body floating device for a combine and the like is formed such that legs 1 to lift one of the front and the rear end part of a chassis frame 10 having a crawler 14 and a hydraulic cylinder 2 to lift the other part are interlocked with each other so that both of them are rotated in a containing direction.
