To extend and contract an equipment body in a short time by connecting a movable connecting body to a car body leg part and a truck frame by pivots penetrating through each through-hole of the leg part and the truck frame in the state where the axial center line of each through-hole is in an inclined state.
When an equipment body width is contracted, bolts on the tips of pivot pins 40c, 40d penetrating through the through-hole 11 of a car body leg part 10, the through-hole 21 of a truck frame 2, and the through-hole of a bracket 30 are removed, and the fixation between the car body leg part 10 and the truck frame 2 by the bracket 30 is released. The equipment body is then floated, and when the bracket 30 is turned in a quarter with the pivot pin 40a on one truck frame 2 side as a starting point, the truck frame 2 is moved to the inside of the equipment body to the car body leg part 10. The pivot pins 40c, 40d are inserted from the released through-hole of the bracket 30, and fixed by the bolts. The same work is performed to the other truck frame 2.
