Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate the automatic assembly by vertically dividing a car body into an upper body and a lower body and fixing a lower frame and an upper frame for fixing a radiator at the front edge part of each body and butt-jointing the both bodies. CONSTITUTION:A car body 1 is divided vertically at the position a little lower than the door waist line and at the max. car width postilion, and an upper body 2 is constituted of a roof panel 4, front pillar upper 5, front fender upper 7, etc. Further, a lower body 3 is constituted of a floor skelton member including a side shill 11, hood edge panel 15, front fender lower, etc. A radiator lower frame 23 for fixing a radiator 25 is fixedly installed onto the front edge part of the lower body 3, surrounding the bottom part and the both side parts of the radiator, and a radiator upper frame 24 which can be freely connected with a frame 23 surrounding the upper part and the both side parts of the radiator 25 is installed onto the front edge part of the upper body 2.
