To provide a car body structure capable of absorbing torsion at a front end part on the side of a baggage storage part even when the torsion is caused while a vehicle travels.
This car body structure is furnished with a chassis frame 11, a cabin 17 furnished with an occupant seat 16 provided on a front part of this chassis frame 11, the baggage storage part 21 to store baggage, integrally connected to and provided in this cabin 17 and a plurality of mounting devices to fix this baggage storage part 21 on the chassis frame 11, and the first mounting device 22a on the front end part of the baggage storage part 21 is placed on the chassis frame 11 in a non-fixed state and characteristically forms a torsion absorbing space 47 to absorb the torsion of the baggage storage part 21.
