CONSTITUTION: Both end parts of a rear seat cross member 1 are joined to a side sill inner panel 2, and a first flange 4 of one side surface 3a of a front end part of a rear side member 3 is joined to a side surface 1a and an under surface 1b of the rear seat cross member 1, and a second flange 6 of the other side surface 3b of the front end part of the rear side member 3 is joined to the side sill inner panel 2.
