PURPOSE: To effectively clean and wax a car body by cleaning the body while supplying a foaming cleaning agent to a car washing brush after washing the car body while supplying fresh water to the brush, and supplying a foaming waxing solution to the brush after supplying the fresh water.

CONSTITUTION: When a switch for car washing is firstly turned on, upon the starting of a washing operation, a splenoid valve 131 is opened, causing fresh water W within a water tank 1 to be supplied by a pump 4 via a manual operation valve 12 and the solenoid valve 131 to a car washing brush 11. After the prescribed time elapsed, the solenoid valve 131 is closed by a timer mechanism and the same valves 132, 133, 155 are opened, allowing the fresh water W to be supplied to a mixing vessel 15 and mixed with a detergent C from a tank 5. This mixed solution is foamed by blowing compressed air 19 into it in a foaming vessel 16, and supplied to the car washing brush 11 as a foaming detergent solution. Further, only fresh water W is again, after the lapse of prescribed time, supplied to the car washing brush 11, and thereafter a forming waxing solution obtained by mixing the fresh water W and wax Wa within the tank 6 is supplied to the car washing brush 11 aproximately in the same manner as in said case.
