A car cooler which cools a car inside whose temperature increases by sunshine, is provided with a solar cell 1 to be fitted to the car, a capacitor bank composed by connecting a plurality of electric double layer capacitors 2 provided with parallel charging limiting circuits 3 to be charged by power generated by the solar cell 1, a fan motor 5 provided in the vicinity of a cooling unit inside a car and driven by power generated by the solar cell 1 and/or stored in the capacitor bank as a power source, a current pump 4 for controlling a current supplied to the fan motor 5, and a temperature switch to be fitted to the vicinity of the cooling unit inside the car. And the generated power of the solar cell 1 is stored in the capacitor bank, and cooling is performed by turning on the driving circuit of the fan motor 5 by the temperature switch, when the temperature of the vicinity of cooling unit in the car increases.
