PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car coupling structure in which coupling work can be safely and promptly performed by one person.SOLUTION: In the car coupling structure that couples two cars to each other by inserting a connection pin P into a pin insertion hole 20 from above and also inserting the connection pin P into a penetration hole 10, a tip edge 11 of a connecting lever 1 is formed in a semi-arc shape, and a positioning guide member 8, which slide contacts the tip edge 11 and guides the penetration hole 10 to a position corresponding to the pin insertion hole 20 in a planar view, is attached to a receiving tool 2, and further locking means 3 that keeps the connection pin P, inserted into the pin insertion hole 20, in a removing prevention state is provided. The locking means 3 has a locking shaft that rotates around a horizontal shaft center to switch the connection pin P to a removing/inserting possible state or a removing prevention state and a sliding handle portion that is consecutively connected in an L-shape to the locking shaft. The sliding handle portion, which is being slid obliquely upward over an upright posture, contacts a portion of the other car to be supported and the locking shaft keeps the connection pin P in the removing/inserting possible state.
