PURPOSE: To exactly decide whether water reaches sprinkler head or not by providing an electric insulating part for insulating the upstream side and the downstream side in the part being near the sprinkler head of a piping, and allowing the upstream side and the downstream side to conduct electrically by water which reaches the sprinkler head.
CONSTITUTION: In the part being near a sprinkler head 1 of a piping 2, an electric insulating part 8 for insulating electrically the upstream side and the downstream side is provided. The electric insulating part 8 is constituted by manufacturing the whole of a joint 10 by an electric insulating material such as a resin, etc., and in the case water reaches the sprinkler head 1, the sprinkler head 1 and an uncoiling tube 3 condust electrically through water. On the other hand, in the case water does not reach, electric conduction of the sprinkler head 1 and the uncoiling tube 3 is cut off due to existence of the electric insulating part 8, therefore, by inspecting whether the conduction is executed or not by a tester T, whether water reaches the sprinkler head 1 or not can be known.
