PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable opening/closing a rescue door, and secure an opening area allowing a passenger to pass fully without interfering an adjacent side surface panel, even in a specification in which it is difficult to secure a full opening area for passing of a passenger in the case of that a dimension in the depth direction of a car is small or a thickness dimension of the side surface panel is large.SOLUTION: A car includes a side surface panel provided in the four directions of the side, a floor supporting the side surface panel in the lower part, a ceiling provided in the upper part of the side surface panel, and a side part rescue port device for rescuing passengers at emergency at least in part of the side surface panel provided in the four directions at the side. In the car, the side part rescue port device is movable in the horizontal direction, and includes moving means rotatably provided for opening/closing the rescue door after horizontal movement, and the moving means is formed so as to rotate and open the rescue door at emergency after moving in the horizontal direction in the car.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
