To provide a cage frame structure allowing performing final restoration without performing temporary restoration, allowing post-construction of drain pipes and reinforcements, and allowing easy and sure restoration of banking in a short period, and a restoration method of the banking using therewith.SOLUTION: A cage frame structure 10 has multiple cage frames including at least one pipe-storing cage frame storing pipes. The pipe-storing cage frame has, on a front surface and a rear surface, pipe-passing panels allowing formation of pipe-passing holes allowing passing of pipes. The pipe-passing panel is formed by the combination of a first part having a first opening with a second part having a pipe-passing hole forming part allowing formation of the pipe-passing hole. The pipe-passing hole formation part is positioned in contact with a top end of the second part in an upright attitude. The second part is combined, in the upright attitude, with one side of the first part of the front surface or the rear surface of the pipe-storing cage frame, and the second part is combined, in an inverted attitude, with the other side of the first part. The pipe-passing hole can be formed to be different in the vertical positions in the front surface and the rear surface of the pipe-storing case frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
