PURPOSE: To provide a car heading changing device, with which the heading can be changed with no use of the steering wheel on a road with minor width.

CONSTITUTION: A car heading changing device is equipped with a leg device 3 possible to elongate and shrink and a motor to rotate a gear couple, one of which is mounted on a car body while the other gear is installed on the leg device, and therein a brake device 21 to control the relative rotation of a bearing 11, the car body, and the leg device is furnished between the car body and leg device, wherein the leg device is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder 6 and hydraulic motor. A revolving device is equipped at its body firmly with an upper revolving table 8 and a lower revolving table 9, and therefrom four rods are extended. As a result, the lower revolving table presses the road surface and puts the car body buoyant. The two tables are made possible to make relative rotation, and then rotation is transmitted in the sequence as the outer wheels 13 and then inner wheels 14 by a motor to put the ear body in rotating. When the desired rotational angle is attained, the rotation is stopped. The car body is fixed, and the four rods are retracted, and the tires of the car are grounded on the road surface.
